TRUexchange Desktop Client Help

The TRUexchange Desktop Client now has links for the User Guide. Selecting the User Guide brings up a pdf of the User Guide in a separate window.

TRC-2228

TRUexchange Desktop Client new transaction report capability

A Transaction Report capability is now available for users of the Rocket TRUexchange Desktop Client. This report was previously available only from the Web UI. You can run the report from the Desktop Client to report on your transactions.

The transaction report shows the transaction date, ID, and type, sender and receiver name, status, number, and size of the items in the transaction. You can customize the report view to show some or all of this information, plus search for a specific transaction. You can click links to display pop-ups with details of a transaction, the transaction metadata, and the file items included in the transaction. You can download the report as a CSV file in Excel and you can print the report.

TRC-2280

TRUsource CC sender of the RFQ additional configuration

In TRUsource you can now configure, on a per-community basis, whether the creator of an RFQ sent to a new user receives a cc email of the email sent to that user, which contains the registration instructions.

TRC-2287

The TRUexchange New UI and the Desktop Client Add Community information

The TRUexchange New UI and the Desktop Client now show Community icons in the inbox and sent pages. The transaction report also shows the Community in which the transaction was done.

TRC-2307

Subscription automatic assignment in the TRUexchange old UI

Subscription automatic assignment is now available. A user can download or upload a transaction even if the company administrator didn't assign the subscription to this user. The system will check whether there are available free subscriptions for this company and, if so, will automatically assign the available subscription.

If there are no available subscriptions for this company, then an error message will appear.

TRC-2309

User account management issue

The company administrator or Rocket support team can now enable a disabled or deactivated user.

TRC-2323

The Transaction report does not report transactions for either disabled or deactivated users

The transaction report has been updated to show all transactions regardless of the status of the sender or receiver. This means that the report includes transactions for either disabled or deactivated users.

TRC-2330

Enable Transactions to be downloaded when the sender user is either disabled or deactivated

A recipient user can now download a transaction if the sender user of the transaction has been either disabled or deactivated.

TRC-2335

Localization issue on the Transaction report page

The feature to change the language on the Transaction report page now works properly.

User acceptance required for Rocket SaaS Subscription Terms updated for GDPR Compliance

With this release, updated Rocket SaaS Subscription Terms have been published by Rocket.

These existing documents have been replaced with new ones:

  • Rocket “Terms of Use” is now the Rocket “SaaS Privacy Notice.”
  • Rocket “Software License and Service Terms” is now the Rocket “SaaS Subscription Terms.”

The key updates to these documents relate to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance.

The GDPR is a new European Union regulation which comes into effect on May 25, 2018.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and was designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens' data privacy, and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy.

After this release is promoted on Rocket's production environment, all users will have to accept the updated Rocket SaaS Subscription Terms in order to log in.

TRC-2362

Desktop Client - Rocket SaaS Subscription Terms user acceptance

TRUexchange Desktop Client application logic is expanded to support the Rocket SaaS Subscription Terms user acceptance when it is required.
