TRC-6188: System requirements pop-up update

Clicking the System requirements link in the footer of the TRUexchange interface displayed a pop-up that showed incorrect information.

The pop-up has been updated to show the currently supported operating systems, browsers, Java, and their versions. In addition, the ports, IP addresses, and URLs required to be allowed through the proxy firewall are also listed.

TRC-6307: Black Duck security compliance update

Clicking the Licenses link in the footer of the TRUexchange interface now displays a Licenses.txt file listing the third-party components used to build TRUexchange and their corresponding licenses.
