TRUexchange and TRUsource versions 5.2 include the following enhancements.
TRC-2679
Domain name change to rocketsoftware.comThis release includes a very important change impacting the entire TRUexchange SaaS, all clients, and all integration to TRUexchange SaaS system. The trubiquity.net domain is changed to rocketsoftware.com. Both domains will be operational for some time to enable the smooth migration. The URL of the TRUexchange Web UI will be redirected to the new domain.

Community-level Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enablementOnly the Rocket Support users can enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) at the community-level based on requests from Community administrators. MFA is disabled by default. Once MFA is enabled for a community, all users members of the community are required to configure MFA.

Updates to User Settings page for managing MFAYou can configure or disable MFA in the Security section of your User Settings page at any time.

New page to verify OTP after first-level authenticationAfter you log in using your user name and password, a new page is displayed for MFA. You need to provide the required token as the default second authentication type. You can choose a backup way to complete the MFA. If you make three wrong attempts, the system locks your account and sends you an email with a link to reset your password.

Configuration file updates to support MFAThe TRUexchange configuration file has been extended to provide the required support for MFA as a self-service. The required parameters for integration of TRUexchange with the MFA restful web service (PrivacyIdea) were provided.

MFA enablement for TRUexchange Desktop clientThe TRUexchange Desktop client has been extended to support MFA. If you are required to set up MFA, a pop-up message with a link redirects you to the TRUexchange Web Client.

Rocket Support administrators can enable or disable MFA at the application levelOnly the Rocket Support administrators can enable or disable MFA at the application level for TRUexchange SaaS. This MFA setting is the top-level and overrides the community-level and user-level MFA enablement or disablement.

Enhanced security through MFAThis release provides enhanced security through MFA offered as a self-service. When you first log in, a pop-up message notifies MFA availability and you can start with MFA configuration. If you cancel the configuration, you can manage MFA in the Security section of User Settings page at any time later.

Backup option in the process of the login with MFAUsers are required to configure at least two MFA types. This enables users who are logging in to the backup type to complete the MFA, if they have some issue with the default MFA type.

Rocket Support users can disable MFA for usersOnly the Rocket Support users can disable MFA at the user-level in the Edit User Details page. Community-level MFA overrides the user-level enablement of MFA.
