TRC-6279: TRUexchange Web Client file download error

Users downloading files using the TRUexchange Web Client sometimes encountered an error.

Invalid token passed from web.

This issue is now resolved and files are correctly downloaded.

TRC-6289: Rounding off error in subscription prices

Prices were rounded off to the nearest value for subscription renewals but not for new subscriptions.

This issue is now resolved. Prices are rounded off for both subscription renewals and new subscriptions.

TRC-6290: OFTP transaction error

OFTP transactions encountered errors when the receiver did not exist in TRUexchange and the status of the receiver company's location admin was set to Temp Password.

This issue is now resolved.
